By using this software either in demo mode
or as a purchased license you accept all the terms and
conditions of this agreement.
This License Agreement accompanies the InfoWallet®
product and related materials (“Software”). This
includes but is not limited to any upgrades, modified
versions, or updates by InfoWallet.
1. Evaluation: You may download and
use the software before purchasing a license. There may
be limitations of the software running in demo mode.
2. Software Distribution: The Software
may be freely downloaded from the InfoWallet web site
(http://www.infowallet.com) in compliance with US
Encryption Export Controls (CCATS #: G070152). It may
not, however, be bundled or sold for profit without
permission from InfoWallet.
3. License Distribution: Licenses are
available in “Individual”, “Family”, or “Group” types.
License owners may install and run the software on as
many devices as they use as long as they are the only
ones who use it.
3a. Individual license may be used
only by the person who owns it and cannot be shared.
3b. Family license may be used by all
the members of the “Family”. The definition of a
“Family” is either direct relationship (e.g. parents,
children, brothers, and sisters) or by all members of a
household.
3c. Group license is for a limited
(purchased) number of individuals that are part of a
“Group”. Groups can be organizations, companies, or
other associations. Licenses may be used by all of the
members of the “Group” up to the number purchased.
4. No Warranty: The Software is being
provided to you AS IS and InfoWallet makes no warranty
as to its use or performance. By licensing your copy or
otherwise using the Software, you are assuming all risks
of operation. InfoWallet does not warrant the
performance or results you may obtain using the Software
or documentation. InfoWallet makes no warranties,
express or implied, as to the fitness of the Software.
In no event shall InfoWallet be liable to you for any
consequential, incidental or special damages, including
any lost profits or lost savings, even if InfoWallet has
been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for
any claim by any third party.
